Job Description : CEO – Chief Executive OfficerCEO will create annual operating plans according to budgets and our corporate mission. These plans steer the company according to decisions made by the board of directors. Develops strategies designed to protect and grow the company’s financial health, plans for future leadership within the organization, updates the company’s internal and external image, and creates policies that ensure new strategies are put into action. Pharmaceutical, CPG and Professional Services experience preferred.CEO is the liaison between the employees of the company and the board of directions. CEOs will be responsible for advising the board and keeping it up to date on any changes related to the company’s mission or goals. CEOs formulate policies and carry out any recommendations or suggestions made by the board, and also assist in the selection and evaluation of new and existing board members.Responsibilities:Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction. Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization’s strategy.Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other executive leaders including presidents, vice presidents, and directors, depending on the organization’s reporting structure.Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from a Board of Directors.Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization.Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.Evaluating the success of the organization.Bachelors degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
