Job Description : Purpose: This position, designated as Essential Personnel, provides support and coordination for projects within the Clerk’s office including determination of project definition, scope, cost estimates, resources required, contract review, process development, analysis of constraints, risk assessment, change management and progress reports. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned that relate to the Mission of the Clerk of the Circuit Court organization.Qualifications: EducationA bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Public Administration, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.ExperienceSix years of progressively more responsible professional experience related to job functionsManagement ExperienceMinimum of three years of supervisory experience.Essential Functions: 1. Coordinates selected projects within the Clerk’s organization.2. Assists in planning and executing assigned projects.3. Participates in the RFP process and selection of product vendor.4. Creates and executes a Communication Plan.5. Coordinates product testing.6.
