What you’ll be doing…
The Consultant, HR Answers (Operations & Compliance) is responsible for the operational excellence for the HR Answers team in the US. HR Answers is a team that serves as the ‘front door to HR’ by quickly and accurately managing employee inquiries. In this role you will ensure the quality and consistency in HR Answers documentation and responses, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for both inquiry and transaction management and continually evaluate current business processes and re-alignment as needed to become more globally consistent. This position is responsible for contributing to the operational effectiveness of the organization and for providing a great employee experience.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both employee transactions and inquiry management (i.e., employee response).
Serve as InfoManager content owner / author for internal HR Answers document repository (e.g., training, SOPs, FAQs).
Partner with (HR Answers) training counterparts to ensure process documentation is funneled into training resources in a timely and accurate manner.
Design, implement, and manage a quality control process to ensure quality and consistency in HR Answers documentation and responses provided to employees.
Design and implement an audit strategy and conduct audits and quality checks on a regular basis.
Identify trends and document training needs and/or documentation gaps.
This is a work from home role with occasional in-person meetings and training.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience..
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in human resources or service center environment.
A willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
Experience working in a service center environment.
Experience with MS Office and Google Suite.
Knowledge of HR related policies, procedures and regulations.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Web development experience.
Strong attention to detail and process improvement.
Proven ability to document processes, knowledge base, instructional materials.
Strong organizational skills, particularly with document/content management.
Focus on customer experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
