Job Description : JOB TITLE CORPORATE DIRECTOR, LODGINGBUSINESS NDM/Rentyl ResortsDEPARTMENT Corporate Guest ServicesREPORTS TO PresidentSENIORITY LEVEL Senior LevelLOCATION Corporate OfficeSCHEDULE Must have full flexible availability (Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays)POSITION (Full/Part/Temporary) FulltimeJOB SUMMARYThe Corporate Director, Lodging will provide financial and operational direction and guidance with the objective to achieve excellence in quality, innovation, safety, sanitation, guest service, and profitability. This position will develop and implement systems to maintain and improve existing standards of service and brand integrity. The Corporate Director of Rooms will ensure accountability and productivity within the company standards while creating and fostering a positive work environment. In addition to leading the housekeeping, front office, and management teams, this position will effectively communicate with all corporate support divisions, such as accounting, human resources, revenue strategy, sales and marketing, and maintenance departments to accomplish company goals.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, implement, and monitor plans and objectives for the overall housekeeping function, maintenance of guest rooms, guest services, and front desk arrival/departure guest experiences, with an effective and innovative approach.Direct and support daily room operations.Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies.Assess and report progress in meeting department objectives.Overall responsible for ensuring all guests receive quality service.Maximize room revenue and productivity.Develop Team Members and ensure all training practices are executed.Manage guest concerns expeditiously to complete resolution.Monitor financials – expenses and payroll costs.Ensure all accounting policies and procedures are followed.Support the Company Level Up team member development.Anticipate and identify potential impacts to the business and implement effective resolutions.Job RequirementsREQUIREMENTS (Competencies, skills, attributes, experience, licenses, certifications, required)BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management, business administration or a related field.Minimum of 15 years in Hospitality Management, with at least 5 years at the General Manager level.Strong working knowledge of performance and operations management.Exceptional knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.Exceptional communication skills.Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator.Excellent team-building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft office and property management systems.
