Qualifications
Qualification & Experience – Must Have:
Education: Minimum Qualification – HSC/Diploma or Any GraduationJob Related Experience: Fresher / 6 Months or Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Contact Centre, or in direct selling/ telemarketing in the service industry would be given preferenceWilling to work in any shift.Able to speak, read and write in Hindi and English, and if required other regional languages
Qualification & Experience – Desirable:
Banking knowledgeProficiency in local language is desirable
Know How – Must Have:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)Complete hands on with the products and processes
