A culture rich in dedication to excellence, teamwork, and exceptional customer service tightens the bond of our organization.We are looking to add a full-time administrative and customer service support team member. This person will answer phones, tend to customer service needs through phone and email correspondence, work on data entry and Excel related projects, handle mailing projects and online store orders, perform quality checks, and more. This is a fit for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and has the skill-set to make that possible. Must be very detail oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and willing to take initiative.Strong computer skills are required with an emphasis on Microsoft products. Some database, customer service calls, MS Excel experience are all required.Hours desired: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm, or Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, or Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 5:30 pm and 4 hours on Saturday.Job Type: Full-timePay: $37,000.00 – $39,500.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 2 years (Required)Data entry: 2 years (Required)Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
