Job Description : Speedy Glass has been providing professional windshield repair and replacement for more than 70 years, with over 30 locations in the Western states. We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative who can wow every guest that visits our store… is that you, join us and experience everything that working for Speedy Glass has to offer.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
Possess a valid driver’s license a clean driving record (required)
