Job Description : We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be an integral part of our team! The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people. You will be responsible for helping customers with queries and concerns, entering orders and data in our systems and providing product and service information. Must be able to multitask.Working Hours: 8:30am-5:00pmResponsibilities: Helping customers with queries and concernsReviewing Purchase Orders from customers verifying all information is correct including pricing and all details agreed to.Entering Sales Orders from Customer Purchase Orders – a multi-step process requiring a high level of accuracy.Assign tasks to various departments as it applies to the order process.Create Packing Slips for Logistics to include in shipments. Create weekly PO for Logistics for product sterilization.After Finance provides pricing, Customer Service will send Quotes to Customers.Document and update customer records based on interactions.Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service preferredMust have Highschool Diploma & College degree is a plus!Must be detailed orientedAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsQuickBook experience is required.Spherion’s local offices are waiting to hear from you today!
