Position : Demolition Operator
Job Description : Esposito Construction is looking for a experienced Demolition Operator hat has experience working on a demolition crew for commercial and residential work, selective demolition, and specialty demolition. Must have experience operating heavy equipment ( Larger excavators, loaders, backhoes, rollers, skid steers, sweepers etc.)
Requirements:
Experience running a job site, reporting to management, developing sequences of work, and maintaining a schedule
Ability to lead, organize and motivate a team of individuals
Able to pass drug test and comply with company policies
Good knowledge of speaking and understanding English
Strong attention to detail
Heavy lifting required
Experience with operating machinery and tools safely
Ability to read/follow blueprints and building plans to specification
Good physical condition/ability to work outside year round in all conditions
Interpret project specifications and plans to effectively execute project scopes
Direct, supervise and mentor field personnel to complete projects in accordance with plans, specifications and company policies.
Manage clients, regulators, subcontractors and project management team to achieve project goals.
Complete daily reporting, safety inspections and site safety meetings.
Management of site activities and site safety in accordance with company policies and client expectations
Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 year’s field/team supervision experience is required
