Build and own critical infrastructure for all channel communicationsExperiment and iterate on key conversion paths and partner with other teams to share takeaways and standard methodologiesInnovate and test new features/products/businesses

About the role
The Director, Engineering role will lead all of the product development teams in the Communications organization and will be responsible for continuing to build and develop world class engineering teams. They will be responsible for the execution and delivery of products, continuous engineering excellence improvements, cultivating and maintaining our strong culture, and partnership across organizations and businesses.
Team Leadership and Management:
Leader who can help grow and develop engineering managers and leaders, building an exceptional engineering organization
Set vision, strategy, and ambitious goals for group
Build outstanding, happy teams (thoughtful manager who can hire, coach, develop team culture, and foster psychological safety to support equity and belonging)
Communicate effectively with other business leaders and executives
Foster collaborative, trusting relationships with product, marketing, and business teams as a key partner
Technology/Engineering:
Accelerate the development and delivery of engineering and business priorities. Iterate quickly and ship code frequently.
Champion a culture of operational excellence within the team. Take ownership of the quality of your team’s feature work.
Responsible for technology and architecture decisions of organization and participate in technical leadership across the company.
Lead engineering planning for the group.
Collaborate with related teams and partners on dependencies and requirements.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $213,300.00 – $340,700.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
