Job Description : Director of Human Resources (Mifflinburg, PA)
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain working knowledge of employment, all entities
Monitor and maintain postings for all digital recruitment tools for result/cost optimization
Manage/improve on all employee recruitment campaigns
Manage pre-employment screening process
Monitor all facilities onboarding processes to ensure proper execution
Manage performance review & team member career mapping
Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons for separation
Work with treating physician & insurance carrier to ensure prompt return to work for employees on W.C. benefits
Consults legal counsel to ensure policies comply with Federal and State law(s)
Manage PR campaigns to improve community relations, all entities
Current employee interviews to assess team morale
Plan managerial department and divisional training as needed to support company and department goals
Develop and implement compensation strategies including designing compensation plans and policies for all employee levels
Increase retention of valued employees thru cultural, communication, development, and training initiatives designed to inform and empower all employees
Track/maintain KPI’s to measure turnover, hiring, hiring costs, retention, training ROI, and hiring manager performance
Research and schedule leadership training initiatives
Maintenance of HRIS system
