Job Description : Director of Operations – Goldfinch*This is not a remote position, must be located in New Jersey area, preferably a Freehold Borough resident*Hi there……We’re Goldfinch, named after the New Jersey State Bird, one of the first retail cannabis locations in Freehold, NJ. We envision Goldfinch to be a different retail experience than the typical recreational cannabis store – one that is a high-end retail destination with a product distinguished by consistency and quality above all else, a place where cannabis is elevated for its therapeutic as well as its recreational abilities.Join our growing team of experts as Goldfinch’s Director of Operations to bring to life an elevated cannabis retail experience.What You’ll DoAs Goldfinch’s Director of Operations, expect an ever-changing workday. You’ll oversee the organization’s practices and procedures, develop operation manuals for retail operations, hire and train teams, and generally keep things running smoothly for our retail locations. You’ll be passionate about delivering a premium retail experience to our customers, always.Specifically, you’ll be:Developing operation manuals and implementing them for Retail Operations.Hiring, training, and supervising a diverse retail staff hired from the local communityImplementing policies and proceduresAssisting with Quality Improvement planUtilizing organization quality assurance programs to track, document, and investigate incidentsOur Must-Haves5+ years in cannabis management and/or highly regulated retail operationsRetail Operations experienceUnderstanding of HIPAA Privacy RulesKnowledgeable of cannabis retail operations, retail management operations, and cannabis and/or highly regulated retail standard operating proceduresPassionate about providing a premium retail experience to our customersInterested?
