Job Description
Minimum Graduate with minimum 4-6 years of experience in E-Commerce profile.
Tremendous with internet operating skills and MS Office.
Phenomenal market research skills.
Superb data analysis and report writing abilities.
Eager about the role of technology in promoting business.
Job Profile:
– Managing upload & Listing of products on Market Places like Amazon, Snapdeal etc.
– Update Product Data / specifications / Images.
– Quality check all filled in attribute sheets before upload.
– Coordinate on number of uploads completed, pending and in process and report the metrics.
– Oversee the product content presented on websites.
– Manage individual and bulk listings.
– Look after entire listing process, cataloging & pricing.
– End to end Logistics Tracking and filing Claims if any
– Handle Customer Support via call, email and whatsapp
– Getting ready all Labels and other shipping requirements
– Compare prices & products listing from competitive websites.
– Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
– Monitor promotional activities at Marketplaces, Should have knowledge of Managing Flipkart/Amazon In and International/ Etsy / Ebay and other ecommerce portals
Job Timings: 10.30 AM to 8.30 PM
Skill requirements
