Job Description
Work on the US and EMEA Employee Experience team to deliver a world-class employee experience
Support a high hiring velocity by facilitating on-boarding and the orientation process
Serve as the first line of assistance for employee queries
Manage daily administration of our internal databases including HRIS, background checks, ServiceNow, etc.
Process employment authorization (E-Verify) for all new hires
Complete employee verifications
Help update payroll with employee changes
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for:

Teamwork, collaboration, and relationship building skills given the global nature of our team
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Drive and passion for giving employees a first-class onboarding experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience working in human resources, preferably with a background in People Ops
Experience working with US or EMEA employees
Ability to work US time zone hours
Experience in a fast-paced, high growth work environment is highly desired
Experience supporting operational HR programs
Experience supporting HR functions across multiple countries
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a fluid environment
Must exercise absolute discretion both inside and outside the company
