Front Desk Registrar responsibilities include registering patients, insurance verification, customer service and patient chart completion. If you have a knack for customer service as well as multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you!ResponsibilitiesInsurance verification of all ER patientsRegister patients in T-system and CollaborateWelcome patients/vendors/visitors upon their arrivalProvide accurate information about our facilities over the phone and in personRespond to patient complaints/concerns professionallyWork well with the rest of the ER staff to coordinate exceptional patient careBe able to think “out-of-the-box” to ensure appropriate care of all patientsMaintain and complete all patient medical recordsWork with billing company as appropriate to guarantee overall patient satisfactionSkillsWork experience in customer service, minimum of 1 year requiredMulti-tasking capabilities and detail orientedExperience with utilizing basic computer software requiredUnderstanding of and experience in insurance verification, minimum of 2 years preferredWillingness to consistently provide concierge level customer service requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsFlexibility in scheduling to ensure front desk coverage neededJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:12 hour shiftHolidaysNight shiftWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Customer service: 2 years (Required)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)Overnight Shift (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
