Job Description : Job DescriptionTitle: F&B CoordinatorReports to: Food & Beverage Director; Asst Food & Beverage DirectorStatus: Non-ExemptPosition Summary: Responsible for maintaining the organization of the F&B department and assists with guest membership thru execution of events in the club.Essential Job Functions: Reports to Director to receive necessary instructions for the shift and to be informed of any changes.Report to work on time, in proper attire and conform to acceptable appearance standard.Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate person.Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to appropriate person.Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matterResponsible for printing and updating BEOs.Communicating changes to events with all necessary parties (FOH, BOH, Members, etc.)Responsible for the Director’s calendars and appointmentsBe an ambassador of the F&B department to the membershipWork with multiple departments in coordinating BEOsKnowledgeable with all foods and beverages served.Takes reservations and private party information.May cross train and perform other essential duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Director.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and extreme heat.
