Together we are PROVIDING HOPE, EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS, and CHANGING LIVES.Looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant who will provide support for Executive Administrator and other department directors. The Administrative Assistant performs administrative duties, provides technical assistance and maintains all administrative files. She/he is responsible for assisting all departments in project based tasks with a special emphasis on accounts payable. Other responsibilities include;Answer phones and greet visitorsSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsSchedule and coordinate staff and other meetingsPrepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondenceWrite and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documentsCreate and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalManage accounts and perform bookkeepingPerforms other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: High School diploma or equivalent.Training and Experience: Must have good recommendation and satisfactory work record form previous employer. Two- or three-years’ experience is needed.Must possess a current certificate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid.Knowledge Required: Knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation. Because frequency and amount of supervision may vary, exceptional skills in decision making, time management, communications and human relations are needed.
