Position : Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Job Description : Cavalier Hill Enterprises is a private Family Office that is aggressively expanding. We are looking for a dynamic individual to handle administrative work as well as completing contract templates, communicating with vendors, structuring term sheets, organizing deal files and light book keeping.We will train you for the specifics of this opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide support for the Executive Team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.Calculate and record daily ledgersExpense reconciliation to include processing of invoices and payment to vendorsDevelop and optimize management of databases related to team support and assistance.Manage client and vendor relationships.Perform research, report findings, coordinate and record related expenses, process invoices for payment, and assist with other administrative processes, as needed.Data EntryAssist in Managing the end-to-end sales process.Provide administrative support to team members and departments, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and facilitating personal appointments.CompensationBase Salary of $42k to $70k commensurate with experience plus bonuses.Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).Must be able to work independently with little supervision.Preferred Qualifications: OrganizationPrevious office experience, preferably in the financial, brokerage, real estate or legal industry.Knowledge of Financial Services and Investment Products a plus.Ability to put scalable processes into practice.Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.Jack of all TradesCompany Description: Cavalier Hill Enterprises is a Florida-based privately held Family Office, serving individuals and institutions worldwide.
