Job Description : Day-to-Day: Our entertainment client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support VP’s within their Global Product and Design org.Responsibilities Include:Schedule meetings, answer phones, make travel arrangements and various other administrative tasks to support various SVP’s.Manage communication with external and internal clients, management, and teams reporting to the executive across all operational functions.Schedule and coordinate all aspects of executive’s daily activities.Coordinate with and distribute materials pertaining to original programming with other departments.Assist in the creation and execution of presentations and projects made by leader.Evaluate material (scripts, rough cuts, outlines, and submissions).Must sit in Seattle to come into office if needed/converted to full time. This role has a high possibility of converting FTE if performance and headcount is there.Must Haves: 3+ years’ entertainment experience supporting a senior-level executive.Must be a self-starter and observant with a keen eye for detail; ability to prioritize, organize and establish administrative procedures.Works efficiently and accurately under pressure and deadlines to strategically manage the executive’s schedule and help facilitate priorities.Handles strictly confidential information and interacts with high-level executives.Professional presence, good judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs.Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and a problem solver.Must be able to keep pace in an environment with high volume and frequently changing priorities.Computer/tech proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Interest in expanding knowledge and growth in both the creative and business aspects of original programming.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Seattle, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
