We’re currently in several states and are rapidly growing nationally.We are seeking an Executive Director for the Grand Opening of a new Aurora, CO facility.Our successful candidates will have a sense of gravitas, and they’ll also be deeply compassionate. They will be passionate about the impact their work makes, encouraging and motivating the facility staff to always perform to their best capacity.  ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Director is responsible for orchestrating everything – overseeing the administration, program, and strategic plan of the facility, which includes maintaining daily census goals and overall daily operations of the facility. The Executive director will:Oversee overall operations of the facility including achieving and/or maintaining a profitable operation through budgeting and achieving income and expense goals that have been established by the Corporate Office Directly supervise the Management Team Set the tone, culture and feeling of the facility and the experience for everyoneSupport the Marketing effort and take personal responsibility for the facility’s occupancy goals Plan and organize adequate staffing to meet patient needs Supervise and coordinate the activity and projects of all disciplines (including interviewing, hiring, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems)Complete performance reviews and take disciplinary action as needed for the Management TeamOversee discharge planning & manage facility relationships with aftercare providers to ensure each patient is set up for continued success in their recovery journey Follow, implement, and support the facility’s policies and procedures plus educate staff and patients about policies and procedures as necessary Develop, implement, and maintain strategies for ensuring compliance with all aspects of relevant facility regulations, including state regulations and the Joint Commission Perform other administrative and supervisory duties to ensure efficient and profitable operation Provide 24 hour & 7 days/week on call coverage for all urgent facility needs (optionally assigning on call responsibilities as needed)In absence of staff, perform those job responsibilities personally or through delegation to other staff membersWork cooperatively and collaboratively with everyone including management, staff, clients, the public, etc.Do additional duties as assignedReport directly to the Regional VP of OperationsQualificationsBA/BS or higher in Marketing, Business Management or an equivalent field MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in an administrator role or equivalent5+ years of experience in the inpatient chemical dependency field preferred  Excellent verbal and written communicationPersonal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferredCommitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essentialAuthorization to work in the US is requiredThis ED position ideally begins 12/7/2021.Compensation is $120,000+ Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, Life, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave).
