Job Description : Job SummaryLocal Nonprofit Company, within minutes of downtown Cincinnati, seeks individual passionate about helping persons with mental illness. First, you have to love supporting persons and an agency that serves individuals that have disclosed struggles with mental health and developmental health (and at times a past substance use history). Second, the position entails office work, duties to assist the director, social media assignments (assisting with managing website, Facebook, and marketing materials), organizing, typing, writing, note taking, and fundraising activities. Other duties include some direct service to the individuals we serve via conversation and scheduling intakes, support, or one-on-one program assignments. However, most of the work is office work. Many staff have commented that this is the best place they have ever worked, and many have stayed at the company for numerous years. It is a position where you are giving back everyday, no matter the job you are doing. Must have great computer and writing skills. Must be extremely organized.
