Job Description : Our Issaquah chiropractic office is currently accepting applications for a front office team member. Our doctor’s office is committed to providing the members of our community with high quality, affordable health care in a comfortable and caring environment. We inspire and educate our patients to become active participants in their own well-being.We’re looking for an enthusiastic, bright, motivated and health conscious person to help grow our office and keep it running smoothly. You must appreciate the importance of eating well, moving well, and thinking well, and demonstrate a strong desire to contribute to a thriving practice.The right person for this job is an exceptional multi-tasker and has outstanding people skills. Good computer skills are a must. You will have the first contact with patients, so this is an extremely important position. 2+ years experience in a reception, front desk or administrative position is required. Automatic bump in pay if you have experience using ChiroTouch software.Some of the responsibilities and duties will include:checking patients in and outcollecting co-pays and paymentsanswering phonesscheduling patientsprocessing new patient paperworkcompleting patient correspondenceclosing the office for the dayWe have 1 part time position open, for approximately 23 hours per week. You will be working in the afternoons on Tuesdays – Fridays from 1:30 – 7:30 (12:30 on Thursdays).Please direct resume and cover letter to Adam.Thank you for your interest!
