The Global Growth Accounts Team will deliver revenue by organizing around key global accounts currently working with TikTok. The team will design and weave a global network to drive scaled revenue opportunities, internal knowledge centers, and cross-market / cross-functional collaboration to act as One Team in service of and in collaboration with our key Global Advertisers.
Responsibilities:
Manage, track and analyze global investments & projects; identify both gaps and opportunities across regions and brands to optimize approach and finesse strategy.
Partner with various cross-functional teams (including Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams) to source latest updates and implement complex global projects.
Be responsible for administrative tasks to the team including: coordinating meetings, recording notes, managing project trackers.
Follow and share Global Account trends, news, insights, and nuances to steward internal education across verticals and regions.
Garner internal & market feedback to improve global account coordination and inform future processes.
Collect, coordinate and consolidate critical data points for client facing HBRs and QBRs.
Support Global Growth Accounts Director and Global Growth Accounts Manager with research and materials for client meetings, JBPs, internal and external Town Halls.
Become a TikTok expert by mastering our platform and understanding its business and monetization potential.
Qualifications:
1-3 years as a Sales/Business Development Coordinator or a Media Planner, working across multiple client verticals and multiple global markets.
Strong organization skills, proven ability to manage up
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
Proven experience working in digital media and digital advertising
Comfortable working in a startup culture: Demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changes.
