Position : Greeter- Info Desk & Reception
Job Description : Greets patients and guests and assists with their needs to get to their appropriate destination. Responsible for addressing problems and providing information appropriately and confidentially.
Greets patients and guests appropriately and provides necessary information while maintaining confidentiality.
Manages work area.
Performs other office support functions.
Works as a part of Patient Assistance Services to help provide all aspects of services.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $13.38 – $20.74 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience: No experience required.
Licensure: None.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently driving, traveling and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull >100lbs. May be exposed to fumes, noise, outdoor climate, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
