We’ve raised over $160 million in funding, including our most recent Series C led by Index Ventures, and our team of 250+ is growing fast.*The Role*As our Head of Inbound Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing Marketing Managers and drive all our inbound/digital marketing strategy and execution to find the best ways to deliver trials for our self-service business and highly qualified leads to our enterprise business sales teams.The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert who is highly creative and is a strong people manager who can operate both at strategic and tactical levels. You are highly collaborative and have a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale global campaigns.The Nitty GrittyAs our Head of Inbound Marketing, you will:Hire and lead a team of marketing managersPlan and manage a campaign calendar that supports our brand building and demand generation efforts.Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, social channels and paid channelDriving our strategic online/inbound initiatives to meet and exceed our quarterly and annual targets (of Marketing Generated Opportunities)Lead all marketing campaigns though marketing managers team – from the idea stage through to their execution and implementationCreate and manage all nurturing campaigns to help leads move down the inbound funnelCreating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEM, social, email, digital advertising, and field marketing to drive lead and opportunity acquisition through internal vendors /marketing team membersEstablish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customersPartner with performance marketing team; monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effectivePropose new and improve on all inbound marketing campaignsCreate weekly/monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metricsManage project management for all inbound campaigns to ensure timely and accurate deliveryManagement and optimization of all inbound operations within HubSpotWorking with other marketing leaders and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategiesLead the development and creation of all landing pages used for inbound campaigns/lead capture, including form building, workflows and conversion trackingLead the development and delivery of all marketing email activities, including a monthly newsletter and all email drip campaignsStaying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing worldWork closely with the Content, Brand, Product Marketing, Partners Marketing, and Performance Marketing teamsCollaborating with VP, Demand generation to set and manage goals and budgetWhat We’re Looking forTo be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you’ll need to have:4+ years’ years’ B2B experience running strategy and execution of inbound marketing/digital marketing operations2+ years leading a marketing team to successful outcomes1+ years experience marketing to enterprise senior-level buyers (ideal)1+ years experience marketing/positioning a SaaS solution (ideal)Demonstrated competence and working knowledge of HubSpot and /or other marketing automation toolsWorking knowledge of Asana and /or other project management/productivity toolsWorking knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRMsHave worked with multiple MarTech solutionsStrong copy writing skillsWell versed in building and managing nurturing/drip marketing campaignsKnowledge of SEO and experience with SEM practicesExceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findingsYou are inquisitive by natureSelf-starter and ability to build programs from scratchYou possess a mentor’s mindset and enjoy teaching and helping others to learn and growDemonstrated ability to partner effectively across the organizationMust have a positive attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get things doneA desire to win and contribute to part of a winning teamA willingness to consistently learn and improveA commitment to our valuesCompensation and BenefitsWhat’s in it for you:Competitive base salary (salary range of $80k – $95k DOE)Quarterly bonus evaluation (up to 25%)Unlimited PTOFlexible work hours and a remote-friendly environmentStock option opportunities100% employer covered Health, Dental & Vision plans with FSA/HSAAccess to a 401(k)/Roth 401(k)Meaningful and challenging work in a rapidly scaling, global startupUniquely transparent and casual environmentThe opportunity to work with smart, driven, and caring colleaguesThe ability to grow your talents and career!Sound like a good fit?
