Job Description : Head of Social Media Premier Worldwide Marketing is an innovative, full-service sales and marketing agency specializing in the hospitality industry. Premier Worldwide Marketing provides turnkey sales and marketing solutions to a coveted portfolio of hotels and resorts ranging in size from 72 suites to 650+ rooms. Headquartered in Miami, the agency has offices in Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom.Essential Functions: This role will provide day-to-day management of all social media accounts and team. The Head of social media is a strategic thinker with a proven track record growing social media audiences. They balance long-term planning with the agility to pivot as needed per audience feedback. The Head of Social Media will guide the creation of content and will work with the marketing team to provide the Social Media Strategy plan for which content to create across all channels.What we are looking for: Oversee the execution of social media strategy for the portfolio of hotels.Oversee and Generate, edit, publish and share content daily (original text, images, and videos).Ensure that best practices policies are being enforced.With the work of the team to schedule daily post throughout various social media platforms.Oversee the distribution and publishing of content. Keep pages up to date and optimized for user experienceCommunicate growth and performance on a weekly basis to managementGenerate reports after campaign completion.Manage authentic social media voice and content strategy across all channels.Responsible for managing responses to questions that may arise on Social pages from our following, be a source of knowledge for the property information.Identify and report regularly on KPIs and success criteria; optimize campaigns based on learnings.Involved with influencers travelling to the property.Implement strategy plan from Manager, of activities Influencers will perform on property.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media or related field.2+ years of digital/social media with successful planning and management of social campaigns driving KPI’s.Hospitality experience preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Communication skills in Spanish with strong knowledge in English preferred.Team player with proven track record of leading initiatives.Familiarity with social community management including hands-on management of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and emerging platforms.Extensive knowledge of all things social and digital with a strong understanding of how social influence is built and leveraged.Must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.Must be able to reform content to be easily digestible for our audience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to emerging trends.Ability to develop and implement paid social, community management, content development, influencer campaigns for brands.Ability to travel internationallyPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain comprehensive listing ofactivities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
