Position : HR Manager
Job Description : The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, processing payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.Responsible for creating, updating and applying HR policies and company guidelines while making sure they adhere to applicable standards and laws.Process Payroll bi-weekly in ADPGenerating official internal documents such as offer letters, Company Handbook, Employee Status Change Evaluation Forms and warning lettersMaintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.Onboarding employees and uniform management.Develops and administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.Promotes positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs.Coordinates recruiting and retention strategies and succession planning process.Analyzes data, prepares reports, and makes recommendations on a variety of human resources issues.Coordinates training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal process, compensation systems, diversity and benefit programs.Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.Coordinates employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programs.Benefit Enrollments – annual and new hireAssists in administration of company compensation and benefits programs.Coordinates administration of workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.Recruits and interviews candidates; provides management with hiring recommendations.Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate regulations and addressing employee grievances.Knowledge of COVID-19 policies, laws etc.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Human resources: 5 years (Preferred)Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)ADP: 1 year (Preferred)Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Preferred)License/Certification:SHRM Certified Professional (Preferred)Work Location: One location
