Job Description : Human Resource AssociateMount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice is looking for a full-time Human Resource Associate to be a vital member of our patient care/administrative team in Evergreen, Colorado (located in the foothills only 20 miles from downtown Denver).About the positionThis position will:· Support leadership and hiring managers with recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.· Collaborate with leadership on Human Resource policies.· Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as candidate databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.· Inform job applicants of duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotion opportunities.· Prepare offer letters for new employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Conduct reference or background checks.· Conduct new employee onboarding.· Conduct exit interviews and ensure necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.· Prepare or maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software (Paychex HR).· Maintain and update benefit enrollments and eligibilities for retirement, health insurances, and PTO.· Maintain and update human resources documents, including organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, and performance evaluation forms.· Maintain personnel files and compile employee data and reports as needed.· Work 40 hours a week, 8:30 am to 5 pm.· Be based in our offices in Evergreen.· Be hourly and have access to a full benefits package.Have a salary range of $18.50 – $23.00/hour.Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Human Resources Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
