For the past 30 years we have built a reputation for excellent clinical care and exceptional customer service.We’re looking for a superstar Insurance and Billing Coordinator who is a true Dental Insurance Expert to handle all aspects of the patient’s financial and insurance experience, from insurance verification to collections, and all that happens in between. Bonus points if you’re as great at interacting with our amazing patients as you are with performing key operational tasks that help our business run smoothly.What you’ll do: Be a key part of our dynamic front desk teamTake charge of the patient’s financial experience from start to finishVerify patients’ dental insurance eligibility & benefitsWork with PPO in- and out-of-network billing and paymentsDeliver treatment presentations to patientsAbout You: You have at least 3 of Dental Insurance and Billing experienceYou have a good working knowledge of Dentrix or similar softwareYou are fluent in both English and Spanish, with a clear speaking voiceBenefits: Health insurance401k plan4 ½ work week (we leave early on Fridays)Paid time offBeautiful, modern office in the heart of downtownWe look forward to meeting you!
