We are a fast-growing and dynamic team with a passion to elevate the property inspection experience and enrich people’s lives.Position OverviewThis position combines traditional Marketing and Sales roles and requires strong people skills and diligence. Primary responsibilities include visiting real estate offices, giving presentations to real estate agents, making outbound calls to real estate professionals, and participating in networking opportunities to grow the number of inspections we perform through increased agent referrals.ResponsibilitiesAct as the face of VBI and promote the company vision throughout all communicationsBuild and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with top real estate agencies and officesGrow your territory according to the company marketing planReach minimum KPI goals for office visits, presentations, outbound calls, and networking eventsAnswer inbound calls as needed to convey the benefits of our services to potential clients and schedule appointmentsUpdate and maintain our marketing automation platform and databasesEvaluate existing territories and make recommendations to better market to our service areaTimely follow-up to all real estate professionals and client requestsAttend broker and client open houses, tours, and other networking events as necessaryCompliance with all policies and procedures of the companyDesired SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts: 4 years of sales experience may be substituted in place of a degreeCustomer service mentalityAbility to work fluidly with different people and personality stylesStrong initiative, with the ability to manage time well in an environment with concurrent assignments and deadlines; ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloadStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsAbility to communicate effectively and diplomatically with peers, clients, and real estate professionalsFamiliar with Active Campaign, Salesforce, and/or other CRM platformsKnowledge of social media marketing strategies and techniquesIntermediate computer skills (G-suite/MS Office)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility and tenacity to follow up and follow through on all interactionsAbility to work collaboratively with team membersEnthusiastic with a willingness to learn and be coachableParticipate in ongoing sales trainingCompensationThis position has a total earning potential of $70,000.
