Join us and experience what it’s like to take pride in being part of a dynamic team that is on the cutting edge.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service individual seeking a full time position in the Jupiter area for a busy ENT surgeon, PA and 2 Audiologist. This individual must be multitask oriented, motivated, handle a high volume of patients and patient calls, must be a self-starter, have EMR and medical records knowledge, check-in, check out, and scheduling experience. This individual must be willing to learn all aspects of the ENT and Audiology field.Description:Functions include Knock Your Socks Off Customer Service, entering patient demographics, scheduling, chart prep, collecting patient’s financial responsibility, posting charges and payments, working knowledge with insurances (authorizations, verification of benefits) scanning, and other assigned duties. Must be a team player and computer literate.Requirements:Minimum one-year previous experience in a medical practice is preferred. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice. Working knowledge of computers. The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients and patient calls. The ability to work in a team environment. Working knowledge of medical terminology.
