Position : Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description : Serves as initial patient contact, initiates patient record and account. Greets patients and families in a welcoming and caring manner, courteously assists callers with information and directions.Answers phones in compliance with service goals.Accurately schedules all categories of appointments – new, return/office, follow-up, pre-op, post-op, consultation, etc.Accepts upfront payments (co-pays, co-insurance, deductible, etc.) and provides appropriate patient receipts. Ensures proper documentation is provided. Balances all daily charges and receipts.Excellent communications skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions.Basic computer skills. (Eclinical Works knowledge a plus)Work hours are 8am – 5 pmNo Weekends or On-Call requirements.Job Type: Full-timePay: $10.00 – $19.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
