We strive to provide a safe and compassionate community and work environment that supports and respects the unique journey of each person’s professional goals.The Medical practice manager is responsible for the daily operations of Administrative, Clinical, and Operational management of Ravenwood’s medical programs. This may include maintenance of clinical records, client scheduling, clinical and administrative supervision, and general oversight for daily operations of the Pharmacological Management and Primary Care programs. This individual also participates in treatment team meetings and staffing linking the program to other facets of the agency to ensure coordination of quality care.Overseeing appropriate Diagnosis/Assessment, treatment planning, and clinical care by staffMaintaining and correlating data gathered for outcome measuresMaintaining program productivity requirementsClinical and administrative supervisionParticipation in multi-disciplinary treatment teams and RH committeesMaintain program operations as needed, i.e., budgets, schedules, trainings, etc.Supervise and oversee the overall staff performancesProvide training and education for staffHandle patient complaints and concernsMedical Practice Manager Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of management experienceMedical Practice Manager Required Experience: 2-3 years working in an outpatient practice setting2-3 years of management experienceCustomer service experience preferredSkill in teamwork and maintaining relationships with patients, caregivers and coworkersMedical Practice Manager Benefits Include: Medical, Vision and DentalShort and Long term disabilityVoluntary term life401k plus matchThree weeks paid vacation, seven sick days, two discretionary days, ten paid holidaysWe offer competitive pay, a supportive learning environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
