Job Description : Shadelands Post Acute is looking for an experienced Medical Records Coordinator with immediate availability to work full time at our facility in Walnut Creek, CA.Pay Range $28-34/HR. Pay depends upon your years of experience.Shadelands Post Acute is a 59 bed facility with outstanding physical therapy programs to help those with post hospital care needs to transition home.Background check will be given pre-employment. File as necessary.Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the facility, to assure that medical records can be properly maintained.Assist in recording all incidents/accidents. File in accordance with established policies and procedures.Retrieve resident records (manually/electronically).
