Job Description : Office AdministratorThe Office Administrator position is a full-time role that directly reports to the Executive Director and Director of Operations. This position supports the Executive Director, Director of Operations, and clinical staff in effectively communicating with clients professionally and compassionately and ensures all administrative functions are completed in a timely and collaborative manner.Starting Salary: $18 – $20 per hourHealth Insurance/PTOHours per week: 32-40Office Administrator ResponsibilitiesRespond to client phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate with various clinical staff calendars to schedule new clientsRun client payments on date of service and track payments in EHR systemAll other tasks as assignedA successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications and skill sets:Maintain highest standard of personal and professional integrity;Working knowledge of basic accounting procedures;Ability to create procedural documentation for MCC clinical team members;Demonstrates organization within client scheduling and communication;Assist with data entry into electronic record management systems;Demonstrates excellent communication skills while answering questions from clients and team members;Serve as a liaison between clients and clinical team;Understanding of and service to diverse client populations and needs;Passion for mission and philosophy of MCC along with the knowledge of company history, culture, and identity;Ability to interact with team members and clients in a virtual environment;Excellent oral and written communication skills;Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other data management environments and/or electronic recordkeeping systems.Strategic ThinkingIncumbent offers advice and creates plans based on analysis of issues and trends, and how these link to the responsibilities, capabilities, and potential of the organization.
