Job Description : Job Summary: Clerical Staff will perform duties related to the general business office of the Authority.Education / Qualifications:1. High School Diploma.2. Computer experience – Must have a working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Programs.Reporting Responsibility: Office ManagerJob Responsibilities: Clerical staff will be responsible for any number of the following duties as assigned: Word Processing, Filing, Customer Service, Telephone Duties, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Account Receivable, Billing, Employee Benefit Monitoring, Preparation of Bank Deposits, Bank Statement Reconciliation, Department Purchasing, General Book Keeping Duties, Grant Record Keeping, Correspondence letter writing, Petty Cash, General Ledger Monitoring, Preparation of Reports.Perform clerical duties as assigned by the Office Manager, Department Managers and General Manager.Maintain an up to date record of assets purchased within an assigned department.Prepare month end reports.Maintain a professional image in the presence of the public.Pursue relevant continuing education on an ongoing basis or as directed.All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.· Note: Accommodations regarding sitting, standing and walking required to perform the above job responsibilities can be made to some degree.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Sunbury, PA 17801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
