Job Description : Front line management of HR, accounting, facilities and office operations. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for the company CEO and the team for a range of operational and administrative areas, including: Hiring and onboarding, Benefits, Payroll processing, PoliciesIssuance and payment of invoicesMaintenance of expense reporting system such as Expensify or TriNetOrdering and receiving lab and office equipment and suppliesTroubleshooting and optimization of office processesRequirements for this role: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)Prior experience in a technology companyEffective with office productivity tools such as G Suite or Microsoft, communication tools such as Slack and Zoom2-4 years of experience in a similar rolePreferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or human resourcesExperience in a venture-backed startupExperience with QuickBooks Online and TriNet PEOExperience using enterprise cloud services such as Carta, Expensify, Gusto, etcTime & LocationPart-time: 30 hours per weekBenefits includedOn-site at Mountain View, CA headquartersJob Type: Part-timePay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Associate (Required)Work Location: One location
