Job Duty · Supports properly filing and logging operating documents (i.e., invoices, approval, PO docs , Delivery receipts and etc.) in a timely manner· Understands all processes across different job site in terms of maintaining supportingdocumentation for vendor expenditure.· Process daily/weekly/monthly ledger posting for vendor, reimburse payments related toaccounts payable.· Assist Operation Manager where appropriate· Prepares bi-weekly payroll for submission; reviewing time and pay and making adjustments as required· Assist HR functions where appropriate· Assists employees with, weekly and daily Job site schedule, benefit questions and other issues.· Prepares bi-weekly payroll for submission; reviewing time and pay and making adjustments as required.· Employee File Maintenance: Organizes and maintains electronic and written files, records and logs.· Provides customer support – answering phone calls, taking messages, transferring calls, and providing appropriate information in a courteous, professional manner.· Handling other related functions as necessary.2. Qualification · Above Community College degree or equivalent.· Strong communication skills.
