Job Description : Responsibilities include:· Bookkeeping· Manage QuickBooks – needs to know QB inside and out· Payroll / HR via ADP· Manage ADP Account· Manage Outsourced Accountant· Accounts Receivable· Purchasing· Oversee Employee Expenses· Manage Office Budget· Financial ReportingThe company averages about 25 employees currently and has about 45 active projects at a time but hoping to grow that number. We need help streamlining our finance department. This role will have 1 direct report – Operations Assistant. Need someone with experience and expertise that can help the company create processes in this department that will help us scale/grow over the next few years. Construction industry experience is preferred. Big plus if you are familiar with BuildPro, Slack, and/or Monday.com.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Associate (Required)Experience:Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
