Job Description : Operations ManagerHeather Gardens Association is a planned condominium community for active senior living located in Aurora, CO. We are an established company that fosters teamwork, accountability, and pride of ownership within our culture looking for an Operations Manager to join our team! We offer many benefits with a great group of individuals to interact with daily.The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and various departments in all areas of Planning, Staff Development and Supervision, Resident and Staff Relations, Budgeting, and Contracts. This individual will assist the CEO by ensuring that all Heather Gardens maintenance activities are accomplished on schedule and within budget constraints. This entails creation and use of annual and monthly work plans for each department and use of sound personnel management practices. The annual maintenance budget is roughly 40% of the overall budget and the current staff consists of approximately 100 employees.
