Job Description : At iCoStore, we Make Branded Merchandise Simple for our customers. We are a fast-growing company that runs over 130 custom online company stores selling custom apparel and promotional products to our customers.This job role is within our Order Processing Department.The role involves working with our internal account managers to input their custom orders in Microsoft Dynamics then purchase from our vendors. The team’s performance is measured on the fulfillment and accuracy of on-time orders and customer service standards.This job is ideal for someone who is:Dependable — more reliable than spontaneousAdaptable/flexible — enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in directionDetail-oriented — would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger pictureAutonomous/Independent — enjoys working with little directionExcellent communication and organizational skillsGreat skill with Excel spreadsheetsExcellent computer skillsHas worked with an ERP accounting systemStrong experience with e-commerce, inventory management, and fulfillment systemsStrong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking skillsHere are the main responsibilities for this role:Working with our awesome Account Managers and Production Team through the lifecycle of an order.Entering orders into Microsoft Dynamics (our ERP system), creating sales orders, cutting purchase orders.Training and mentoring new staff.Working with vendors on:Art proofs, as requiredOut of stock issuesProcessing discrepancies or changesOrder trackingThe iCoStore team is friendly and passionate about our work.
