About the role
The Partner Success, Partner Communities Strategy Manager is responsible for strategic program management of the current and future state of ZPA Elite, the ZPA Elite Facebook group, AAB alumni, Flex Select Partner and future partner segment community building.
You Will Get To:
Organize community programs and coordinate special events that drive partner collaboration and learning with peers and Zillow
Be an advocate for the partner and build strong relationships with partner community members
Build cross-functional relationships within the company and strategically promote our partner communities at every relevant opportunity
Lead communication planning and strategies that promote community participants and internal collaborators within the company
Attend relevant in-person and virtual community events and activities to represent the company
Manage social media content plans and virtual groups to enhance the partner experience and success with Zillow (Including posting within the Facebook community)
Actively seek out external viewpoints on partner communities, especially within the real estate space, to continue to provide best in class experiences for our partner segments
Participate in internal, cross-functional partner-focused workstreams to keep informed and drive progress with partner impacting projects and launches
Provide insights and report to internal partners on social media engagement metrics (Facebook community)
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $84,700.00 – $135,300.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.

Direct experience in creating and carrying out B2B programs and initiatives at scale
Experience in real estate or strong real estate knowledge and understanding of real estate agent audience
Experience leading or participating in social media groups
Outstanding cross organization capabilities: Quality, speed and agility
Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with thoughtfulness and professionalism
A critical thinker: you can think through complex business problems and tackle them with curiosity, compassion, and outstanding project management capabilities.
