Job Description : We are currently seeking a Practice Manager to join our team at Geneseo Veterinary Care. The Practice Manger will partner alongside the managing Veterinarian to fulfill the vision and assist in the process of setting up and running a multi doctor veterinary hospital. The right candidate will communicate clearly and enable the team to acheice the vision and help to establish goals for the practice and staff. Practice Manger will address staffing needs including hiring, training, coaching and developing staff. They will create a positive employee engagement environment.
