Position : Practice Manager of Operations

Job Description : The Practice Manager of Operations is responsible for creating the partnership between the doctor(s), the Regional Manager and Support Center to establish and maintain a successful team. This individual provides leadership, planning, financial and patient management, team supervision, and daily operational oversight of the practice.The practice is located in Norcross, Georgia. Candidates must have 3-5 years dental management experience.Supervisory Responsibilities: · Understand the business responsibilities and key performance metrics for successfully managing a practice; forecast results, ensure all budget and production expectations are met or exceeded, and that financial data and records are balanced; at the request of the company, assist with passing all financial audits.· Exhibit outstanding customer service with patient as #1 priority; assist doctors in the timely and successfully resolution of the non-clinical aspects of patient complaints, concerns, and questions.· Lead by example with Servant Leadership; partner with Human Resources to develop and deliver periodic performance evaluations for all employees.· In conjunction with Human Resources, assist the company in complying with employment-related laws and regulations and employment-related policies and procedures established by the Company.· Continually build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctor(s) and team. Facilitate the resolution of any concerns.· Follow HIPAA policies and procedures and other applicable privacy and security policies and procedures to maintain patient privacy and protect patient information including financial, personal, and health information.· Support patient flow and maximize budgeted payroll hours by effectively scheduling team.· Partner with Human Resources and the Recruiter to hire quality talent; follow hiring procedures to ensure acquiring the best talent available; in conjunction with Human Resources and the Recruiter, develop methods to retain key talent and reduce unwanted turnover.· Ensure that team is trained on current company processes, policies and procedures.· Facilitate regular team meetings and daily morning huddles; seize opportunities to foster communication, provide company updates, share information, teach and continually challenge and develop employees.· Complete and forward HR and payroll related documents accurately and timely, including new hire and termination forms for employees.· Partner with Regional Manager and Human Resources to develop corrective action/performance improvement plans for employees to ensure behaviors, attitudes, job expectations and performance standards are being met and exceeded. Consult with Human Resources prior to delivering any corrective action/warning documentation.· Takes personal ownership of the practice by being a positive role model through professional dress, demeanor, and language.· Leads by example and always motivates diverse teams with self-confidence by exemplifying the company mission, values, and culture.· Takes initiative, holding team and self-accountable to the highest standards of performance and behavior.· Adapts leadership style to effectively deal with different situations and people, responding professionally when confronted with changes, adversity, and other work-related pressures.Duties/Responsibilities: · Responsible for achieving 20% probability per month and ensure that following metrics are under budget: Labs (< 5%), Supplies (< 3%) and Salaries (< 20%).Manage daily staffing to ensure optimal operation of the practiceReview and approve time-cards to be submitted to payroll by 10am bi-weekly.Conduct weekly team meetings and annual performance evaluations.Ensure accounts receivable reports are worked on a monthly basis.Ensure office is properly staffed for open and closing daily.· Ensure bank deposits are protected and made timely according to established guidelines and protocols; monitor, protect and verify petty cash funds.· Follow OSHA safety standards.· Responsible for conducting/leading monthly team meetings and daily 1:1 meeting with Doctor(s).· Perform monthly chart and financial audits to ensure office is complying with company’s expectations.Required Skills/Abilities: · High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic.· Commitment to service excellence.· Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through.· Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.· Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.· Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic.· Self- starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations and capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team to achieve successful results.· Maintains confidentiality and discretion.· Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives.· Willing to grow and be challenged.· High degree of professionalism and professional image.· Strong and effective communication skills.· Independent decision-making skills, sound judgment.Benefits:- Competitive pay- Health insurance after 30 days of employment- 401K after 90 days- Vision- Life insurance- Six paid holidays- PTO- Dental benefitsJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000- $60,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location This post is listed Under Georgia jobs
