Go beyond expectations with excellence.Key Deliverables: City Financials – All Departments.Build & Maintain Customer Relationships.Maintain Gross Profit Margins of 35%.Manpower & Project Manager Allocation.Project Planning with Project Managers.Project Financial Tracking.Field Support – Problem Solving.Implementation of New Systems & Software for Project Managers & Field Leaders.Business Forecasting to Ensure Profitability.Vendor Relationships and Pricing.Drive Company Culture Through Core Values.Department Scorecard Measurables: Gross Profit of 35% or Higher.Less than 10% Outstanding Change Orders.Visit a Minimum of 3 Job Sites per week.2 Business Development Touches Per Month.Transition to Full Autonomy:Level 1: Follow InstructionsLevel 2: Research and ReportLevel 3: Research and RecommendLevel 4: Recommend and ReportLevel 5: Act IndependentlyResponsibilities: Establish & maintain a people first culture always focused on CORE VALUESOversee daily operations of departments consistent with Company guidelines and procedures.Understand and ensure reporting managers are meeting the needs of all customers as well as employees. Address satisfaction issues promptly.Ensure management team assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for each divisionDevelop strategic plan, forecasts, financial objectives, and business plansMeet goals and metrics for the overall and in each divisionManage budget and allocate funds appropriatelyBring out the best of city personnel by providing training, coaching, and motivation focusing on development of well-rounded leadersParticipate in hiring of core rolesLocate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunitiesShare knowledge with other locations and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needsAdhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws, partnering with Human ResourcesNetwork to continually improve the presence & reputation of the city divisions and companyStay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetrationCore Skills: Actively monitor each division project goals & outcomes working with leaders.Foster Cooperation among all employees Field & OfficeExhibit effective listening & communication skills.
