Job description for the role of Process Trainer
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on product & processes as per their specific department
Develop detailed strategy for training of all new hire training batches
Create, develop and maintain course materials, learner guides, hand-outs, reference materials etc.
Serve as primary trainer delivering quality learning experiences through adequate preparation, such as up-to-date facilitator material, participant guides and aids, etc.
Do assessments during training via tests, quizzes etc and maintain scores
Share all scores along with feedback to respective managers before participants join operations
Attend product & process update meetings, disseminate the information with Operations
Coordinate with Quality Team to get TNI, plan & execute training for Operations
Contribute towards the overall team’s customer satisfaction scores
Desired Skill Set:
Should have worked as a trainer with customer service teams.
Should have experience in coaching and improving the floor performance.
Strong skills on need analysis & content development
Strong track record of improving efficiencies with training
Should be a very good team player
Self-starter
Experience & Education:
Qualification: Any graduation
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Good experience in accent training & cross functional training
Good experience in Product & Process Training
