Pay:
Salary range is $65,000 – $74,000
Wage will depend on experience and skill set
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:
Manage production operations including but not limited to:
Safety protocols are followed by all staff
Responsible for team schedules
Adhering to production schedules
Maintenance downtime required
Maintaining production goals
Oversee quality standards and overall quality process for all
products
Work with production planner and logistic coordinator to ensure
constant supply of raw material, production supplies and carriers
Responsible for hiring, training coaching and mentoring of each
team member
Utilizing different electronic production and inventory systems
Develop SOP and JSA with the team as needed
Maintain a high degree of visibility, access and open communication
with all team members
Apply Lean Manufacturing tools and best practices to drive
continuous improvement projects
Prioritize important issues and collaborate with Plant Manager on
solutions related to internal workflows, process, product quality and
personnel
Applicant may be subject to a background check
