Job Description : At Incora we are growing, and we are now seeking a Q.A. Returns Administrator at NORTHLAKE, TX. 1st shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM – $24.01/hr

Qualifications
About you
As a Quality Assurance Returns Administrator, You will be responsible for reviewing, validating and accepting the Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) into the returns process database for the purpose of matching the RMA to the actual product returned; you will be also responsible for determining the accurate disposition of the returned product and notify Sales and Accounting Departments about the process, you will accomplish the daily tasks with high priority and complex customer issues through a strong team coordination and follow-through.
What you need
Ideally you have previous experience validating and accepting the Return Material Authorization, you can perform job tasks with minimum direction, you have capacity to utilize the internal systems and resources available to communicate and perform the essential job functions with maximum efficiency, you have great ability to consistently meet or exceed departmental goals and objectives accurately and efficiently and to finish assigned tasks or projects on time.
What also you need?
Ability to be self-directed in all stages of the returns process, to have excellent communication with Quality Engineers, and occasionally with the Sales representatives and Accounting personnel to facilitate the validation and disposition of product returns, you have ability to perform basic math skills and the use of a calculator.
