Position : Receptionist, Evenings, Part-Time, $15 per hour

Receptionist, Part-time
Monday and Wednesday, 5pm-8pm and Sunday 2:30pm-8pm
The ideal candidate will answer incoming telephone calls and greet visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. He/she sets the tone for our facility by being an outstanding listener and information source and knows all points-of-contact for every area to help residents and guests promptly.
Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer telephone and direct callers to the proper party. Greet visitors to the facility and direct them to the proper floor or person.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers of The Gardens, customers include residents, families, visitors and staff.
Have a good working knowledge of the files and be able to retrieve items as requested
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager, Supervisor or Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Computer knowledge and experience is required
Post high school education or training and 1 year plus of experience in a position of similar responsibility (front desk, administrative assistant, etc.)

Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
