Position : Receptionist
Job Description : We have an immediate position available for a Receptionist at our LRI Hidden Valley Main Office in Puyallup, WA.
If you are a self motivated, hard working individual with good communication skills we want to talk to you.
This is a full time, year around position with a great company.
Schedule will be Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm. Position starts at $19.00 per hour.
$500 STAY ON BONUS OFFERED

Responsibilities Include:
Perform assigned duties working at the main office at LRI Hidden Valley.
Front desk duties.
Answering telephones.
Responding to customer emails.
Sending and receiving mail, including invoices.
Safety Committee Minutes- Attending meeting and sending the minutes out to managers.
Operations Committee Minutes – Attending the meeting and sending the minutes to managers.
Filing paperwork and daily tickets.
Backfill AR and AP roles.
Assist managers with monthly safety modules – scanning and preparing information.
Organizing and tracking supply orders for scale house.
Community Outreach – Outreach with booths at fairs and other local events, organize fundraisers and raffles.
Social Media – Post updates on social media regularly.
Employee Outreach – Manage Rainiers season ticket transfers and account. Set up employee appreciation food trucks and other events.
Event planning.
Assist with payroll.
Assist with delivering handwritten tickets to scales for processing
Cash runs to other LRI Sites.
Create office pipeline.
Ideal candidate will possess:
At least 1 year of work experience. Preferably in a position in the blue collar industry where you had to utilize customer service skills .
Flexibility in working from one or more work sites.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Must pass drug screen and pre-employment background check.
